It's called the Stress-Free Experiment, and it takes 10 minutes. The potential results include greater clarity of mind, resilience, resourcefulness and more - according to the scientists at Stanford who developed the exercise. Take 10 minutes to find new resources and resourcefulness - and keep an eye out for that email.

Due to the nature of the coaching program, which includes access to an extensive library of proprietary video materials, refunds will only be issued up to and within the first 24 hours after accessing the course. Your refund will be processed upon request, and your access to videos and the group coaching will be removed. Should course attendance objectives not be met, or due to unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure or "Act of God") Alta Vista Leadership reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule the course, either of which will result in a full refund.
